VEMICON is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to support our business growth and success. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Responsibilities:
Attract and source top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment
Job requirements
3+ years of experience in recruitment or human resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent
Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective recruitment strategies
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
